My confidence was very much shaken last October when I didn’t finish the 50 mile race – however I have several upcoming events and feel sure that I’m going to regain my confidence and redeem myself at the same time!!
hey, all of the bad races or poor performances teach us lessons. BUT, confidence is never letting them stop us for going for it again…reeeedemtion! 🙂
I draw my confidence from my training before a race. Training seldom goes perfectly, but there are usually enough high points to focus on. I also like to think of a past race of the same distance when things just clicked.
