I loved that article you did! I definitely don’t have the $$ for a professional massage, so I rely on self-massage! I usually foam roll and use the stick daily, as maintenance…I’ve had to roll my butt on a tennis ball a few times too haha! Anyway I definitely learned some new techniques from that article and as I start increasing the running I’ll probably be needing them a bit more frequently than usual haha. And oh holiday season…I’m lucky in that my family doesn’t travel much, and I have much more time since Christmastime is always a break from school. I’ll need to re-work that when I have my own family I guess…unless I train all my future kids to be runners, obviously 😛

thanks! i have an idea, how bout u train ur future kids to be massage therapists. 😉
When I was racing for a team I got massages 1-3 times a week, but now I just use my foam roller and stick. 🙂
honestly, oh how i miss the days of free massages multiple times a week!! haah
