  1. ahhh i am pretty much not flexible in any area…BUT…hips is something i definitely often forget about. i dont enjoy stretching (i used to be the one standing and picking grass in the stretch circle of my college softball days.ha.) but with running i have found i cannot avoid it if i really want to run…so stretching it is. i stretch in the shower because it feels more exciting that way. really. seriously. haha. i am with vanessa…i like bad dance movies too. i love all the step up movies. so dang good.

    • haha…okay, just had a flashback to my ONE season of softball…i was always outfield and spent the time looking for four leaved clovers…i was THAT good 😉

    • PS: I would like to add that I used to be KILLER flexible until this injury happened, then I got so scared to pull anything so it’s definitely shown up in my lack-o-flex 🙁 I took pole fit for years (withdrawal from when I worked at a gentlemen’s club) and we did hip circles all the time! LOVE it!

      • aww, ur enthusiasm made my morning…glad i could help! and please, feel free to do anything u can to up my hits…lol. jk. 😉 okay, i now need to see u post some pix on ur blog demonstrating ur mad pole fit skills!
