  1. Perfect timing with this post for me. I think I will check out Nuun! It’s getting hotter, I am getting thirstier and definitely need something extra for my runs.

  2. I’m a water only drinker (during the day and when I work out!!) but it is supposed to be in the mid-80s on Saturday and since I will be spending around 10 hours running I probably should have experimented with Nuun or something. Oh, well – I will eat potato chips:)

    • dang girl you BETTER be downing plenty of fluids and chow during that race…you better make those chips BBQ, they’re the best, you know! 😉 #PRoffofBBQChips think we could get that one rolling? lol
