  2. I love intervals! Well, that’s the line I’ve been using for a while and it seems to be working 🙂
    I have a kind of sick love of the way they make me feel afterwards and so I just tell myself that I am going to feel like a champion after I have finished so just get in there and kick some [of my own] butt!
