    Core workouts are my life!!!! I love any plank with options… Try doing a side plank and reaching down to grab your inside knee or foot! I also love balance board/BOSU stuff like push ups on the BOSU or Burpees holding it! You rock :)

    i'll bet with all your yogi-masterhood (is that a word? i made it one) u've got some stellar core moves! i'll have to try that side plank action. the plank has so many twists/variations it's awesome, we need to somehow figure out a gym date! umm, okay, burpees kick my freaking butt…they are killer! :)
