  2. Congratulations to brother Chock! Looks like he blitzed it at the track the other day! I have never been a speedy runner, but I’m happy sitting in the middle of the pack and just enjoying a race, or plodding through my long run at 6mph and listening to some awesome podcasts. I love speedwork though and I try to do at least one session per week. As for hills, I’ve got that covered with my walks or runs around our very hilly neighbourhood!

    • hahaha…he looks good on the track but smile is bigger on the rugby field. 🙂 it’s all good so long as he’s out there getting his sweat on! 🙂
