  1. I’m going to read that other post you linked up – I am going to physio tomorrow! and since I’m not dying after my race I want to start running again….slowly.

I love this post b/c some workouts are tough for the mind. I always cover the time and millage too! lol

I seriously want a cookie dress like that girl in the cocktail or sweetness 😀

  2. that chocolate river always sounds heavenly. sometimes i think it would be the best thing ever if i could just live in a world made of candy and chooclate…right!?!

i like to break up my workouts too…especially on the elliptical but on the TM too…toward the end of my runs i am always like “ughhhh 5 more minutes!?!” so i run one pace for a minute and then switch it up the next…goes by so quick and always leads to a strong finish 🙂

    • oh yea, the 5 mins totally works on the treadmill and runs in general! 🙂 hmm, let’s u and me grab a floatie marshmallow and find us that chocolate river! 🙂

  3. I always play the I just have to get through 5 minutes game when I’m feeling meh…

As for candy – anything sour, red vines, mambas and DARK chocolate. 😉 YUM.
