Wow, this guy is intense!! That’s so cool. Now I feel bad for thinking 6 miles on a treadmill was hard… Wardian must have a really good imagination!! I can relate to not wanting to taper because the love of running is so strong. I still do it, but it’s hard not to go longer than I need to before racing! I’ll be rooting for him at the trials! Thanks for sharing this Cait, I had never heard of him before but I’m definitely interested in following his running now.
i kno, now i feel like i have no reason to complain of any boring treadmill runs! 🙂 i’m the same way, i hate tapering too…i feel like i have too much energy! 🙂
