Hi Cait! Oh do I love your drawings! Go art blogs! I’ve actually heard of the psoas but it’s been years since I’ve talked about the psoas (psoas, psoas, psoas, psoas, psoas…that is hard to type!) It used to come up in yoga a lot. You’re right, it is such an important muscle!

Woah!! I have heard of the psoas but didn’t know where exactly it was lol! I’ve been having hip pain for the last week…..I wonder if it’s my psoas!?!

Oooo great post! That pesky psoas muscle! I have heard of the psoas, but didn’t know it’s roll in causing problems in runners.
The biggest problem I read/hear about is knee & IT band problems. i suffer from IT band problems.
