Oh man that elliptical workout sounds AWESOME!! I used to LOVE the elliptical and it was definitely my fave after the treadmill but I haven't been able to use it because of my shin, so I've been bonding with the bike instead! 😀
P.S. I've met Daniel Radcliffe which was cool. But I preferred running with Paula Radcliffe hehe! Seriously I can't believe your buds with Kara Goucher!! SO JEALOUS!!
I sat beside Zack Galifianakis (from the Hangover) once. It was at the Toronto Film Festival. I couldn't really talk to him but it was still super cool 🙂 I wanted to sing "We're the 3 best friends" song with him but I had to hold back. I hope you saw it or this will mean nothing to you!
I love spinning as a way of crosstraining and the elliptical as well. The ones at my gym have individual TVs so if a good show is on the time goes by really quickly!
christy…my hs coach used to have me do the rower all the time, and as a girl with NO upperbody strength it was the death of me…lol! but it's a great workout and i've gotten my HR up crazy high on that thing. and i'm with u on showering that elliptical with some cross-training love. 🙂
emma, wait u ran with paula?! wow, that's freaking awesome! 🙂 well, thankfully u'll be making friends with the treadmill in just under 7 days…woot woot! but i keep reading about all those monster bike workouts u're doing and u're gonna have to start doing duathlons and put all the pedaling to good use! thanks for the compliments too, u're gonna get me all embarrassed over here. oh, and i ORDER u to find some way to watch seinfeld, heck i'm about this close to sending u all my season dvd's! best. show. ever.

Ugh. I am hating the elliptical!!!!! I feel so lazy because I can check my blackberry, even send messages when on the bloody machine. I'm trying to be patient. Thanks for the workout- I'll give it a try. I wasn't a Seinfeld fan… Friends was (is) my favourite show- Emma can attest to this!!! I've seen Nelly Furtado before… chick has got a BUTT on her! It made me like her more 🙂

2. I used to work for Health Magazine so I met Kristin Davis as the Sex and the City premiere party we hosted for her. I also met Bethenny Frankel a number of times (though not sure that counts!)
3) I love swimming and the elliptical – if I could get the elliptical outside then it would be that hands down 😉
a nelly furado sighting?!?! ya, that girl has an awesome bod, last i checked her abs aren't too shabby either! i hope she comes back and out with some new stuff soon too. haha, i'll forgive ur seinfeld oversight, i followed friends hard and strong until it got to be just too annoying with the ross/rachel thing. 😉 that said, i kno the elliptical can be super boring, but try those intervals it does help pass the time and trust me u'll get an awesome workout!
cait…who couldn't love kramer?!?! not gonna lie tho, whenever elaine does her 'get out!' she steals a little piece of my heart. 😉 wow, kristin davis, sweet! and yes, ms. skinny bitch herself DOES count…lol. OH and guess wat?!! there is this company that makes an ElliptiGO, no joke, it's the same machine but it's mobile and goes out on the streets, etc. it might still in product testing or whatever but i had a friend who got to play with one and really liked it. stay tuned on that one. 🙂
Funny — I found your blog while googling the Disney Channel/Seinfeld connection that *I* had noticed! Just this week, “Jackie Chiles” was on “Shake It Up” and the maître d’ from the Chinese restaurant episode (“Five, ten minutes!”) was on “ANT Farm.” Weird! 😎
