My genetic trait that didn’t matter in Runner World was my weight. When I started running a couple years ago I was nearly 300lbs. But I still was able to run. Even though it didn’t look like running with my sweating, weezing, and shuffling. haha.
I have to dress in business casual for work. I am an afternoon/evening runner during the work week so as soon as I come home I change into my running/workout clothes!
