I definitely have to keep up with stretching and strengthening, like yoga! Otherwise, I will get super sore or injured. Cooling down is another thing I sometimes forget since I run before work, and obviously I have to be finished in a certain time to get ready for work. It’s good to remember that our bodies are so connected for running- sleep, nutrition, stress, etc all affect running big time too!

oh man, i wish we lived closer, then we could force each other to do yoga time as much as we need to! 🙂
