I know what you mean – having the workout looming ahead can be frustrating. I would rather have it out of the way and enjoy the rest of the day! Reply ↓
On my days off, I like to wake up, be lazy in my bed for 30 or so minutes, then head out on a jog. If I want too long, like the late afternoon, I get grumpy! Reply ↓
hmm, i’m also a fan of the bed lounge…lol! hey, i say i run and thus earn my right to laze around when not sweating. 🙂 Reply ↓
