Wow, that is awesome. I think the biggest challenge for me is choosing only one question to ask. lol. I think I want to ask:
Scott and Ellie, you both have been so successful in several International races. Do either of you want to share your secrets on how you plan and train when there is so much traveling involved?
My daughter will run XC in college in the fall. What advice can you give her to prepare for the increased running load yet balance school and of course social activities? Thanks.
hey brian! so i’m not sure if this question was what you intended to ask the Clif elites or if you’re asking my advice so i’ll offer my two cents just in case. i’d say keeping a schedule is key…that and multi-tasking. squeezing homework in between breaks or car rides to meets, then do the same with running ‘extras’. foam roll while u read, things that like. get creative! 🙂 i did a post on tips here: http://caitchock.com/running-a-mile-a-minute-multi-tasking-and-sneaking-in-the-little-things-that-help-your-running/
