Kale Video: Like cabbage only cooler

Runners, be you vegan or not, you should get friendly with our friend, Kale. 🙂

  1. I’ve only tried kale once – I did the kale chips and they were good except I added way too much oil before cooking them. I need to try again!!

  2. Kale and I have an interesting relationship. I love it, but it doesn’t always love me. I have found that giving it time to rest in a vitamin c rich dressing like lemon and olive oil softens it a little and makes it even tastier – oh and it makes that non-haem iron more accessible too!
