    • oh ya, the elliptical is always a great cross-trainer! 🙂 THANKS for the plug-in link…i have it but am an idiot and can’t fully activate it until i find my API Key…where in the heck do i see that??! i’m a lost cause!! 😛

  1. The Akismet plugin Christina suggested REALLY helps by the way! Stops pretty much all spam 🙂

WOW you are so so gorgeous!! I can’t believe that was you in high school!! You should totally be a running model or something! I can so see you on the cover of next month’s RW! 😀

And ARGH don’t get me started on coming back from injury! I couldn’t even elliptical for most of my injury because it aggravated my shin!! So I lost SO much fitness and when I could finally run again two months later, running a mile felt like a marathon! 😛 But it is SO worth it in the end and you learn some important lessons!

P.S. I don’t know what your job is, but on the side of being a running model you would make a GREAT running coach!!

    • holy moly, i will NEVER be a model…u are too kind and sweet, but i think i’ve worn make-up maybe once or twice in my life. i’m a total running clothes slummer. 😉

oh man, ya it’s rough when u can’t even do the elliptical. after my surgery i actually was doing the arm bike for a few months…u want to see an unhappy person sweating like mad with no arm strength u should seen me!! haha….that which doesn’t kill us right…. 😉

  2. I totally agree with Christina and Emma…you are gorgeous!! And do you want to start your coaching career with me?? I promise to keep running in the off season :p

After my first marathon I think I got a bit burned out and took a few months off of serious running. It was much needed, but getting back into shape was frustrating at times!

    • u are way too cute!! hey, after a marathon u HAVE to take a break…not just physically but for the very mental aspect u pointed out. u have to get refreshed there just as much as in dem legs! 😉 ya, getting into shape again isn’t so fun, like i said, but u snap back after a bit and come back stronger….and u kno u always have a coachie here in me….trust me i’d prolly talk ur ear off! 😉
