  1. The light and easy trail…. haha
Some pre-race things I’ve figured out are how much taper my body needs and such.
Yes, ‘Going the distance’ I’m trying to get my mileage back up.
The last book I finished was definitely a cliff-hanger, just when I thought I knew what I needed, bam a new twist!

  2. Honestly, taking it slow is the mystery that I have solved. 🙂 Reading all of these blogs and all of ther bloggers that run and have great PR’s and a low pace and so on…can make you push yoursel too hard. Pushing yourself is great, but not to the point of injury, which I did. 😉 I feel great right now and I want to enjoy that!
    Great post Cait!

    • soo true, when u’re training u gotta always look long term and patience is key. it’s tough to be patient sometimes, but it pays off in the end. keep it up girl! 🙂

  3. Some great reads there! Oh those missing legs – all too frequent 🙂

I think you know my current book – why one leg hates me :-P. Looks like I’m getting closer to the end of that one (fingers crossed).

btw – saving up for overseas postage on a Got Chicked shirt. Huzzah.

    • HUZZAH for sure!!! i luv it. 🙂 and if i could include a proper working leg with the package i totally would. 🙁 been there girl, be patient and keep giving that leg TLC, u’ll get back there, i PROMISE!!
