I hate plyometrics–which is why I know I need to do it! I do the P90X plyo video, because I need motivation to do it more than any other workout of the week. I try to stick in my schedule once a week, and yes–I can feel this one workout more than almost any other exercise I do!
haha…i know, right?!?! plyo’s stink but they are so good for us. i’ve never actually seen a p90x video…crazy i feel like the only person who hasn’t, but u keep raving about them, i’ll have to see i maybe i can sneak a peek somewhere.
this is a super interesting post. my dad has always told me the benefits of plyos but i can never seem to get into it…too stubborn i think
julia, i HAVE to meet ur dad, i think this has to be the second instance where u said he agreed with me, and u know that becuz i know i’m always right (hehe) that makes him my insta-friend!
So funny – we did these all the time in high school but I totally forgot they even existed until I saw your post!
BTW every time I go to your blog, the design changes!
haha….ya, let’s start kicking it old school PE style and bust out the plyo’s!
i too associate them with jumping bleachers, being a sweating mess, awkward, and in pain.
